Observational Drawing for Everyone
Observational Drawing for Everyone
A workshop with Aleksandra Ianchenko — https://www.sasha-art.com
Have you always wanted to draw but never knew where to begin? Or felt intimidated by the blank page? Observational Drawing for Everyone is a playful and accessible workshop designed for complete beginners as well as anyone who would like to reconnect with drawing in a relaxed and encouraging atmosphere.
Together we will explore simple observational drawing techniques inspired by everyday life and the beauty of ordinary things. Through guided exercises, participants will learn how to look more closely, loosen up creatively, and develop confidence in their own visual language. The workshop focuses on process rather than perfection, drawing as a way of seeing, noticing, and enjoying the moment.
By the end of the workshop, participants will have created a small portfolio of sketches and receive practical recommendations for continuing a personal drawing practice. No previous experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
